Description
Cleopatra grows to 1.2 to 1.5m in height, in the right conditions and has an abundance of multi stem flowers growing on multiple spikes when advanced.
Cleopatra has a genetically mutated gene which throws out a red or burgundy variegation.
These variegations are inconsistent, meaning not every leaf or flower will carry them. When it happens, nobody knows. Its a genetic trait built into the plant which is basically like a surprise waiting to happen.
The signs start on the leaf with a stunning burgundy stripe or a 'block' (large area).
If this variegation traces up the stem, it also means the flowers will show variegation.
Cleopatra throws a yellow flower with red spots, however, with the variation this changes the flowers pigments too and the flowers will show a bright and vivid red.
